Healing: Seeking Wholeness for Soul & Body

A three-session course with Rabbi Jill Zimmerman

Now is the time for Healing.

The last year has upended our lives. There have been both huge losses and smaller ones. We have experienced Illness, isolation, and fear, along with the inability to comfort each other in the ways we are accustomed.

Luckily there is ancient and modern wisdom that can bring comfort and healing.

This three-session course will explore principles of healing and sources of solace for ourselves and those we love.

We will dive deeper into the core concepts and foundational texts in the newly released ebook Healing. For example, we will look at the expanded Talmud text excerpted in the book, which offers great insight into healing and being healed.

This three-session course with Rabbi Jill gives you tools for healing:

  • How to use psalms, poetry, and prayer for comfort and support
  • How to heal spiritually when cure or reconciliation is not possible
  • Bringing self-compassion to yourself
  • Special pandemic prayers for right now
  • Beyond Words: Meditation, Inspirational Poetry & Music
Healing
