Strengthen Your Gratitude Muscle

Developing Your Gratitude Practice in Times of
Challenge and Despair

Gratitude Is A Practice

Ancient wisdom meets modern science with the understanding that actively noticing the good helps us navigate difficult times.

Gratitude is a practice and can be learned.

In this three-session course, you will delve more deeply into how to make gratitude an enduring part of your life.

The course will include meditation, practical tools, core texts on gratitude, poetry, and music.

You will connect with others on a similar spiritual path who are seeking wholeness in the very challenging time in which we live.

Who is it for?

This course is for anyone who is interested in developing a daily practice of gratitude to become healthier, happier and more resilient. I teach primarily but not exclusively from a Jewish spiritual perspective, and everyone is welcome. You don't have to be Jewish or Jewishly-knowledgeable. We create a beautiful and supportive community together.

When?

Three consecutive Tuesdays or Thursdays, at your preferred time of day:

  • Tuesdays at 5:00 pm. - 6:00 pm (8:00 pm Eastern)

  • Thursdays at 9:30 am - 10:30 am Pacific (12:30 pm Eastern)
    – Dec. 3, 10 & 17th

Each session is offered live so that you have real-time with a creative and supportive teacher who can help relate to your life and spiritual journey. It is also recorded in case you can't attend live.

Each session includes:

  • A core centering text from Jewish tradition that illuminates a foundational principle.
  • A spiritual practice (meditation, guided intentions, prayer) to deepen your experience.
  • Poetry and music that speak to gratitude in creative ways.

Rabbi Jill - Your use of Torah as metaphor and the profound reflective questions you ask, have allowed me to tap into a spiritual awareness of how my life’s journey and seeking intersect in more meaningful and deeply connected ways with the larger Jewish metanarrative than I ever realized or could have accessed alone.
