How would you answer? This past week, in the Spiritual Journey workshop that many of you attended, I took a poll.
Here was the question:
What is the primary journey you are on right now? Choose one.
- Learning to become who I truly am
- Healing myself
- Life transition
- Caring For loved ones
- Making a physical move
Before I tell you the results from the people who attended, what would YOU have chosen?
Once you bring to awareness (wake up to) what your primary journey is, it’s essential to ask these next questions:
~ What is your plan to move forward, step-by-step?
~ Do you have a process and a community in which to navigate your journey with consciousness and inspiration from guiding texts?
~ How does this particular moment fit into the overall life journey you have traveled until now?
The story of our lives can be told as a journey – not only through our physical moves but the journey of our spirits as well.
The Particulars of This Season: Counting the Omer
When you participate in the tradition of Counting the Omer, it can help you move forward on your journey. The seven weeks between Passover and Shavuot is one of soul development. We collectively and individually emerge from what has bound us at Passover and travel toward wisdom and revelation on Shavuot.
Don’t miss the opportunity to delve into the themes of spiritual journeying during the Omer – even if you begin right now.
I’ve designed a course to help you on your spiritual path. It is based on the new way of envisioning the Omer season that Rabbi Cindy Enger and I co-created, and that is reimagined in my revised Journey workbook (available on my website here).
Please join me THIS WEEK online for the Omer course:

PS: The poll results from the workshops:
40% — Learning to become who I truly am (living my essence, being unafraid…)
22.5% — Healing myself (from illness, from negative patterns…)
27% — Life transition (retiring, aging, becoming a grandparent…)
8.5% — Caring For loved ones
2.5% — Making a physical move
PPS: You do not need to be Jewishly knowledgeable or Jewish. The themes are relatable for every person on a spiritual journey.

I’ve been using your workbook which has been very helpful to me. I don’t generally sign up for your classes because really I can’t afford them.
