I’ve been asked a lot of questions about how to navigate this time we are in of such great uncertainty. Some people are experiencing extreme or mild anxiety. Others feel bored, and others have suddenly so many online opportunities to learn and connect that they are having a hard time choosing.
Other people feel beset by “shoulds” – “I should be motivated to clean out my closet, do work from home, or walk” but feel like napping or scrolling on social media. (Please give yourself permission to be exactly wherever you are.)
We are in unknown territory. In this Live video, I answer some questions and also laugh a lot (which is important.) My son Josh is supposed to be interviewing me, and sometimes he does, and sometimes he adds his own life coaching advice, and other times he teases me.
Please let me know what questions you have and we are happy to do another Live or Zoom session.
This was the first one we’ve done that was both on Zoom and Facebook so the beginning, we are getting set-up – appreciate your patience.
