January is all about new beginnings! We invite you to join our Path With Heart community for a “Month of Jewish Mindfulness” featuring a 10-Day Meditation Challenge. You might already have a spiritual practice. Or you may be looking to invigorate what you do with Jewish content and intention.
Jewish Mindfulness is about bringing to life ancient Jewish practices that can make your life meaningful each day and each moment. There are everyday practices that include meditation, gratitude, noticing, and awe that can make a huge difference in your day, and ultimately your life. And when you feel more centered, you bring the best “you” to the world.
The 10-Day Jewish Mindfulness Challenge
When you sign up, each day you will receive a message in your inbox with:
- Meditation or Mindfulness Instruction for the day;
- Poetry and art for inspiration; and
- Special meditations highlighting Jewish teachings about presence, lovingkindness and more.
“When a person meditates in the fields, all the grasses join in [her] prayer and increase its effectiveness and power.” – Rebbe Nachman of Bratslav
Wait, There’s More!

In addition, you will receive an invitation to a special Mindful Shabbat on January 27.
